All New! - Children's Fitness Classes - New-R Bodies Fitness in Asheboro now offers fitness classes for kids! Our current classes are designed for children 9 - 13 years of age. We offer separate classes for boys and girls. All parents want to see their children happy and healthy. Today's generation is the first generation predicted to not outlive their parent's generation. A strong foundation in fitness is one of the most important steps you can take to ensure the future fitness of your children. Please call us for additional information. Kettlebell Pump - Designed to help tone and boost your energy level in just 30 minutes! Kettlebell pump, developed by personal trainer and facility owner of Mebane, NC, Randy DeAngelo, has a plan set to burn fat, increase your flexibility, build strength and increase your cardiovascular and endurance level. With our certified Kettlebell instructors you are guaranteed a high intensity workout and leave the class feeling like a NEWR-U!
Indoor Cycling - Tailored to suit a wide range
of abilities and fitness goals, the Indoor Cycling program
offers energizing, cycling-inspired rides that combine
sound training principles, expert coaching, and inspirational
music, all at a self-directed pace. Indoor Cycling is
a 45-50 minute cycling endurance class that will typically
burn about 400 calories. The idea is to constantly change
the resistance to mimic outdoor riding. Primary muscles
worked are the entire lower body area - thighs, gluteals,
calves and hamstrings. Secondary muscles worked include
the upper body and abdominals while one's overall stamina
is focused upon. Advanced scheduling is required for
each class.
New-R Pump N Core - A 60-minute workout that challenges all of your major muscle groups and helps in strengthening your body. Through the utilization of the best weight-room exercises, such as squats, presses, lifts and curls and by the use of dumbbells and the weight of your own body, great music, and a fun and energetic instructor, we hope that you will be inspired to get the results you came for.
Body Sculpt - This class is an overall total
body conditioning class that works the entire body from
head to toe. A great alternative if you do not have
the time for a long workout. Thhis class can be done
using some light dumbbells or a weighted bar to make
it a little more difficult. If weights are not involved
some lower body movements such as squats, lunges of
different variations and inner/outer thigh leg work
can be performed. The upper body can be addressed through
modified push-ups along with the use of light dumbbells.
Elastic bands can also be used for added resistance
for the upper body. Each class will last about one hour
with a warm-up and stretch in the beginning and different
exercises for the lower body, upper body and abdominals.
The class end with a cool down and stretch. Body Sculpt
class is a great total body workout for one who needs
just a little motivation and leadership. Advanced scheduling
is required for this class.
Ab Blast - A motivational 30-minute abdominal workout that challenges you to rise to your own potential level. Exercises and stretches are instructed with proper technique, modifications, and high intensity options, while enjoying energetic music and a fun atmosphere for everyone.
Spin-N-Sculpt - This class is a combination of
Indoor Cycling and Body Sculpt classes. It consists
of a 30 minute segment of cycling and a 30 minute segment
of mainly upper body sculpting. A great way to get your
cardiovascular and muscular endurance all in one exciting
class.
Grab Bag - You never know what you are going to get, but you are guaranteed a fun and exciting workout!

Camp Lynn - “Boot Camp” related class targeting major muscle groups with a strong emphasis on circuit training. 10 stations are set-up consisting of free weights, aerobic steps, stability balls, resistant bands, bikes, and other exercise equipment for a 2-minute period of strength and endurance training.
Turbo Kick™ - This class is is an addictive workout that combines shadow boxing,
kickboxing, sports drills, and simple dance moves in a party atmosphere. Turbo Kick™ is an interval
based class that allows participants of ANY fitness level to participate and custom tailor their work-out.
PiYo - This blend of Pilates and Yoga includes modifications for the group exercise environment, yet offers
exercise progressions to challenge to all levels of participants.
