Fitness, Instruction and Training (F.I.T.) sessions are one on one individualized appointments where personalized attention is given to address your specific fitness goals. F.I.T. Sessions are most productive when fitness evaluations are performed detailing your current wellness level. Your fitness instructor will interpret the test results and then pre-plan your timed sessions to ensure a thorough workout. A variety of F.I.T. Session packages are available from which to select.

You owe it to yourself to determine your current fitness level. Fitness testing is the perfect way to: 1) Establish baseline information to use for future reference or 2) Launch an individualized fitness program. NEW-R Bodies Fitness Center offers an assessment program to accomplish both. Our assessment takes into consideration a number of health and fitness markers to calculate the wellness of your body including the following:

  • Strength
  • Flexibility
  • Percentage of Body Fat
  • Nutrition
  • Cardiovascular Fitness
Our evaluations provide clients with specific recommendations to reach fitness and wellness goals. The data collected can also be analyzed by one of our fitness instructors for seamless implementation into an individualized fitness program. Additionally, you will receive a 15-20 page report summarizing your evaluation results, which includes your BodyAge score. Your BodyAge score is the fitness age of your body in comparaison to your chronological age.

No matter what sport or level of competition, to be well prepared and have an athletic edge is the key to success. Our sports enhancement program maximizes the crucial elements an athlete needs to succeed - speed, strangth, power, agility, flexibility, and overall conditioning. Programs are developed and structured around data collected during sport specific testing.

Current sports enhancement programs that are in place include the following:

  • Golf - One of our specialty programs is golf-specific fitness and training. Our licensed physical therapists were among the first to develop golf-specific fitness and training in the Piedmont Triad Area. Our clients have included the weekend warrior to the PGA professional

    Our golf enhancement program is designed to improve performance in strength, flexibility, balance, posture, endurance and coordination.

    We evaluate your body's strengths and weaknesses as they relate to the golf swing. This allows greater efficiency, more power, and better accuracy on the golf course.
